Follow up inspection to PDHL-CQZTQB - Under-counter cooler in front of house area was repaired earlier today. Ambient temperature at the time of inspection was 7.8C. Operator was told not to use cooler for few hours. Operator will monitor temperature until it goes to 4C or lower and then will move food items back in to cooler. Operator must contact repair person if temperature does not go down to 4C today. - Other corrections were still pending action. Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
