-Washrooms fully maintained.
-All foods were off the floor.
-Dishwasher @ 50 ppm Cl detected
-Hot holding @ 60 deg. C or above
*NOTE:
1) The facility was using the 2-compartment sink for both food prep and washing dirty dishes. No additional sink in presence.
--> Ensure to fully wash and sanitize using the bleach water immediately after using the sink for each use.
--> This is to prevent cross-contamination from dirty dishes to food.

2) Deep clean the deep fryer and the ice machine at least once a week.

3) The front white freezer requires de-icing for each rack.
