Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Prep line coolers, display cooler and upright cooler registered at or below 4 deg C.
Freezer was at -10 deg C (baked goods only stored in this freezer).
High temp dishwasher reached 73 deg C at plate surface.
Temp log was available and up to date.
General sanitation was good. Counter tops, inside drawers, floors and equipment were free of debris.
Note: Weather stripping done for the front entrance door.
Pest control monitoring in place. No issues with pests.
Washrooms were clean and provided with soap and paper towel.
Overall, premises was well maintained.
