Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dish washer is not adequately sanitizing dishware (0ppm chlorine measured at the surface of the dishes).
2. Domestic Sanitizer produce was in use at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Dish washer was serviced during inspection, and now produces 100ppm chlorine sanitizer. Implement a daily log of dishwasher sanitizer levels to ensure dishes are adequately sanitized.
2. Use only approved sanitizers for cleaning food contact surfaces (ie. 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm Quat sanitizer).

- Bucket of 200ppm bleach sanitizer was available. Ensure that cleaning cloth are submerged in sanitizer while not in use.
- Food storage was on shelving and covered
- Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection
