ACTION
- The intestine case washing room STILL has raw wood shelves that require to be painted so they are sealed and easily cleanable. Paint with a light color.
- Food debris found on lower cupboards storing dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Clean these surfaces on a weekly basis to remove food debris. Ensure to move all items off the cupboard shelves, prior to cleaning them with hot soapy water.
- Clean the exhaust canopy filters to remove the grease, and ensure this is done at least once a month (or more, if needed). |
