- Coolers operating below 4'C; Freezers operating below -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. Temperature logs kept up to date.
- Food storage practice satisfactory throughout. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- 100ppm chlorine available for disinfection of ice cream machine.
- 200ppm Quats available in buckets and dishwashing sink. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
