Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Santizer bucket was missing at front counter. Several dishcloths were used without sanitizer.
Correction: Cloths must be submerged in minumum 100 ppm chlorine to prevent the spread of pathogenic bacteria on food contact surfaces.

Comments:
-Cooler was 4 deg. C
-Freezer was -19 deg. C
-Handwashing stations were adequate with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
-Sanitizer at 3-compartment sink was adequate between 100-200 ppm chlorine.
-Level 1 Food Safe Certificate posted in premise.
-Permit located in a conspicuous location.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
