Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas;
-under the 2 compartment sink
-behind the toy storage bins
-within the condenser area of the broken sliding door cooler
-within the cupboards under the wooden prep surface
-behind the ramekins on the wooden prep surface
-behind the black panini press and black toaster oven
-beside and behind the bar mini cooler
-under the dry storage shelves in the back area
-on the floor around the brooms in the electrical room

Corrective Action(s): Conduct a thorough deep clean of the facility. Pull shelves and equipment, clean and sanitize floors and shelves.
Remove the droppings and sanitize area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
This is extremely urgent.
