Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer measured 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and prep line coolers were at 2-4 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 to -21 deg C.
Hot holding for pizza was at 60 deg C.
Secondary cooking done on donairs. Thermometer available for checking temperatures.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Staff hygiene - clean aprons and hair nets available.
Observed no sign of pests.
Staff washroom provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was good. Floors, counter tops and equipment were in sanitary condition.
