Comments

Sanitation has improved since previous inspection. Cleaning as detailed in previous report has been completed. Walk-in cooler shelving has been cleaned. Hot holding of meat sauce was 67C. Operator has reviewed re-heating procedures with staff. *Additional shelving is still required in the kitchen to ensure all items are stored off of the floor. Having items off the floor will facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pests.
