Temperatures:
- Up right freezer internal ambient temperature was probed at -22c; products were observed solid
- Walk-in cooler internal ambient temperature probed at 1.2c; diced tomatoes were probed & internal temperature was 2.4c
- Prep cooler internal ambient temperature was probed at 3.8c; internal temperature of (shredded cheese was 3.9c), internal temperature of sliced tomatoes was 3.5c
- Rice hot holding was above 60c; probed internal temperature of hot held rice was 62c
- Probed internal hot holding temperature of gravy was 68.2c
- Drink cooler internal ambient temperature was probed at 3.9c; water bottle internal temperature was probed at 3.4c
- Thermometers were available in all coolers/freezers during inspection

General sanitation and maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink available with plugs & bleach on-site.
- Sanitizer bucket available; bleach solution measured at 200ppm
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Food stored 6 inches above the ground
- Donair secondary cook step observed internal probed of the food product was measured at 88c
- General sanitation and cleanliness is adequate
