Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel was available at the hand sink in the back produce preparation area (ie. paper towel dispenser was empty).
Corrective Action(s): Operator immediately replaced paper towel in dispenser at time of inspection. Ensure hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times.

Observation: Noted pooling of water on the ground in the produce walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Have pooling water cleaned up as needed to avoid any collecting of stagnant water. Resurface floor as needed to avoid pooling of water if routinely cleaning to keep the area dry and prevent pooling of stagnant water cannot be done.

Quats at source and in spray bottles 200ppm. Test strips available.
Good general sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Premises has contract with Orkin pest control which comes in once every two weeks. Follow all recommendations made by pest control technician.
Foods appeared to be protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in produce processing area had covers...etc).
Random check of baby food and infant formula - no expired product noted at time of inspection. Assistant manager said that they check for expired stock every week.
Reminded management to ensure Hats Off Day application is submitted before May 1, 2019 this year if choosing to participate as a food vendor.
