- All food equipment stored off ground and in sanitary manner
- Display case cooler has been fixed and is at 4C
- New thermometers obtained for cooler units - appear to be accurate
- Flooring has been fixed. Ensure flooring is maintained as needed on a routine basis. All surfaces are to be smooth, sealed and washable.
