Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Butcher knives observed to have food debris on them. All equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces must be maintained in a sanitary condition to prevent contamination of food.
- Corrective action: Clean these butcher knives to remove food debris.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Hot water is not available at handwashing stations. Handwashing stations must be supplied with adequate hot water in order to allow for proper handwashing.
- Corrective action: As a temporary solution, use the sink next to the handwashing sink for hand washing. Ensure that this sink is clear of any equipment and that it is used only for hand washing. The hot water must be fixed by Friday, June 3, 2016. The operator has indicated repairs have been arranged already prior to the inspection. If this repair company cannot complete repairs by Friday, June 3, 2016, an alternative company must be contacted.
