Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Refer to Code #308; cold potentially hazardous foods were held at above 4 C. Temperature measured to be at approximately 11 C with probe thermometer.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to transfer all cold PHFs to the walk-in cooler and store them at 4 C or lower. Operator started to transfer the products into the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection

Observation: Observed small bugs that look like cockcroaches but unsure. Sited near the hole in the wall mentioned above. Only three sited at the time of inspection. Education provided to the operator to call the pest technician.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to call pest technician to service for pests. Regular cleaning must be conducted for sanitation and monitoring purposes.

Observation: Observed holes in the wall where the pipes are under the sink by stand up cooler/freezer. Holes in the wall allow pests to harbour and proliferate
