Observation: * Some cleaning required under equipment into corners etc., as build up was noted in some areas

Observation: * The soap dispenser at hand sink in kitchen was broken. A temporary soap dispenser was placed at sink until repair completed of permanent soap dispenser

Observation: * Some minor renovations are required including repainting chipped walls and counter tops in coffee servery area and other areas (eg. buffet post) etc. as deterioration has occurred in some areas
Corrective Action(s): * Repair all deteriorated counter tops and repaint walls where paint is peeling, etc. Also any deteriorated shelving requires repair/replacement, etc.

* Dishwasher/glass washer both had final rinse of minimum 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface(met minimum requirement)
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Hot-holding units were 60'C/140'F or hotter
* Freezer unit was -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer was available (chlorine solution at 200 ppm) in buckets to store wiping rags. Ensure all wiping rags kept in sanitizer between use.
* Back door to outside requires a proper screen to reduce pest entrance.
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Some minor cleaning to be done in kitchen and more thoroughly
* Some minor renovations required to repair any deterioration through out premises
