Taiwanese meat sauce measured 70C on the stove top - good Kitchen area has been thoroughly cleaned and unused equipment has been removed - good High temperature dishwasher to be used for all dishware - good Rodent droppings cleaned and removed from all areas of the kitchen - good Operator has requested to keep the lazy-boy style chair in the storage room. This is acceptable only on the condition that the storage room is routinely cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner. Ensure that the 2 compartment sink is stocked with liquid soap and paper towels for handwashing.
