205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: The pastry display cooler temperatures measured 7+ C. The left-side door was open and does not close properly. Corrective Action(s): Repair and/or adjust the thermostat to ensure product temperatures are maintained below 4 C. Fix the door so that it closes properly and remains closed. Repair the reefer unit so that it does not cause freezing in the cavity and condensation on the inside of the display cooler window.
