Comments

Cooling units less than 4 C. Hot holding units above 60 C. Freezers below -18 C. Handwash stations good. Quats in sink at 200 ppm , in spray bottle at 200 ppm and in sani-bucket close to 200 ppm. No issues. Note: Light bulbs in both walk-in cooler and freezer should be replaced with stronger ones. LED options are available and temperature resistant for good illumination at colder temperatures. Replace by next inspection. Note: Multi surface peroxide disinfectant in use but no test strips available to verify acceptable concentration. It is a good product for killing wide spectrum organisms including Covid 19, so good for dining area. Please have test strips available to verify efficacy of product.
