in the top inserts between 9-10.5 C.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate all perishable food items from the cooler to another cooler operating at 4 C or below.
Repair or service the cooler so that it is capable of maintaining food items at 4 C or below at all times (Immediately).

*Quats sanitizer solution in plastic bucket and spray bottle at the back preparation counter too weak.
Sanitizer must be replaced frequently throughout the day especially in wiping cloth buckets.

*Front salad cooler at 5 C. Ensure it is maintained at 4 C or below. Lid must be kept closed except when taking items.
Walk-in cooler below 4 C.
Second line cooler registered 4 C or below.
Walk-in freezer below -18 C.
