Reinspection based on previous Inspection Report.
- Food Storage: Storage of Tapioca Pearls reviewed. Items are considered perishable and are only permitted to be stored at room temperature for less than 2 hours. Refrigeration required. Small quantities for short duration (less than 2 hours) are only permitted to be stored at room temperature.
- Food Storage containers are to be kept in good repair. Any damaged containers/lids are to be removed.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. Regular cleaning schedules are to be followed.
- Ice bin lid is to be kept in good repair. Ice is to be protected at all times.
- FoodSafe training discussed. Food safe trained staff are required to be on site at all times.
