Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handsink blocked with large pot lid.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are clear of obstructions to allow easy access for food handlers.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted under front prep table, hot holding area and serving area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas with mouse droppings are cleaned and sanitized. Regular monitoring and cleaning in these areas will help identify required action (fill holes, add pest control devices, more cleaning etc.).Pest control report (March 26, 2018) reviewed - droppings through out storage area and behind front freezer, 2 mice removed. Follow all pest control technician recommendation.
No droppings noted behind front freezer or in dry storage room during inspection.
Keep all clutter away from pest control devices, keep kitchen clean and exterior doors closed. Monitor for pest activity and report to pest control technician.

-Sanitizer buckets: 100 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths
-Hand washing sinks at front and back noted hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel available
-Pest control on-site (violations noted above)
*Discussed cooling practices - temp checks done regularly during cooling
-Individual retail meals - labels added at POS with contact information.
-Front display warming unit - used to hot hold catering food (not in use during inspection)
-Commercial ventilation unit maintained in sanitary condition - Service date past expiry. Owner says work had been completed already but sticker was not updated
