Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BJZTHZ:

- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned:
- on floors throughout the kitchen
- underneath the sinks
- on doors of the upright cooler
- inside the prep coolers
- in the dry storage room
- Continue to implement a regular cleaning schedule, including monthly deep cleaning
- The leaky dishwasher has been fixed. After several cycles, there was sign of leaks.
- No pooling of water observed at the time of the inspection.
- Sticky traps are in clean condition. Continue to regularly change out the traps and monitor for any pest activity.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
