Routine inspection: - Coolers (stand-up, under the counter, display, grab to go) maintained at 4C or less. - Stand-up freezer functional. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm quats solution available in pails and from the dispenser. Wiping clothes stored inside the pail with the solution. - Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time of inspection. - Covid19 Safety Plan available on site. Instructed the manager to include the maximum number of customers allow in the premise on the plan. - Tables and chairs separated by 2 meters.
