Observation: Build up food debris, grease and other refuse noticed in the following areas:
-Floor in the dry storage area (especially in corners) and the storage rack railings.
-Floor underneath and behind equipment and coolers on the prep line and front of the house equipment line
-Under the sink cabinet across from the front entrance.
-Build up of dirt noticed on the chemical storage shelves above the dishwasher
-Fan cover in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough and deep cleaning required in the entire premises especially in the above mentioned areas ( By July 25, 2018)

* Ensure no garbage is left around the compactor to prevent rodent. Clean any spilled garbage to discourage rodents.
* Ensure all chemical spray bottles are filled accurately as per their labels and are stored in a designated non-food storage area.
