Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At start of inspection, only minute levels of chlorine sanitizer residual detected.
Corrective Action(s): Old chlorine sanitizer (with approx 3 inches of product left in container) was replaced with a new bottle at time of inspection. After a full prime of the lines, 50ppm chlorine sanitizer residual detected.

Corrective Action(s): Never use news paper for food contact as the ink easily rubs off and contaminates food

Observation: 1) Rodent droppings observed on ground and first shelf in back storage room
2) Numerous flies in dining area
Corrective Action(s): 1) Call a pest control company to do a visit of your premise
2) Remove all product from floor and bottom shelf, remove/discard what isn't required for your food premise, and clean then sanitize all areas contaminated with rodent droppings.
3) Organize all food products into pest proof containers
4) Repair or replace your back screen door so that it is resistant to pest entry. As it is now, rodent entry is very easy
5) Follow any instructions given by your pest control company
6) (Flies) Keep front door closed, or fit with a screen to prevent pest entry.

Corrective Action(s): Service the above noted 3 coolers so that product temperature does not exceed 4C. Systems must be able to keep up with demand - even when in use on warm days.
