EcoPure: EPP66 disinfectant and sanitizer is a QUAT sanitizer that requires an additional rinse for direct food contact surface after sanitizing for 1 minute as per directions on container.
*Provide a different sanitizer that does not require and additional rinse after sanitizing direct food contact surface such as blenders, spatulas, etc. for
both the service area and prep room.

*review best handwashing practices with staff
-bleach provided in the prep room
-use bleach solution for sanitizing surfaces, utensils and equipment until you decide on a sanitizer that requires no rinse after sanitizing food contact
