- Some food debris accumulation also observed

- Continue to monitor this to prevent ice build up

Routine inspection conducted.
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperature meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler #1 at 5C
* Walk in cooler #2 at 4C
* Walk in freezer at -25C
* No hot holding during time of inspection
- Low temperature dishwasher available, adequate concentration of chlorine sanitizer residual available at final rinse (at least 50ppm)
- Food grade chlorine sanitizer solution available during time of inspection, concentration at 100ppm
- Most foods observed to be covered during time of inspection, continue this practice for all food products
- No food products stored directly on floor during time of inspection
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- APNA (PCO) services facility on monthly contract
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- General sanitation of facility - OK
