Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back of house sanitizer container was noted with 100 PPM QUAT.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Sanitizer solution was discarded and remixed. New sanitizer solution was noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Please ensure to change the sanitizer solution every couple hours or more often if noted visibly soiled to ensure it has adequate sanitizer ability for sanitizing food contact surfaces.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units holding cold potentially hazardous food was noted at 4C or below.
Freezer unit noted at -18C.
Hot soup was noted at 70C in the warming unit.
All cleaned utensils were stored in a sanitary manner. Cutting boards were noted in good condition.
As per operator, in-use tongs are changed multiple times throughout the day - reminder to change them every 4 hours at a minimum or whenever they are overly soiled.
Cream and milk carafes are following time as a control - brought out at 9 AM then changed out at noon.
QUAT sanitizer container in the front of house noted at 200 PPM.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No pest droppings or live pests observed during the inspection.
2 drain plugs were available for the 2-compartment sink.
Mop bucket noted emptied when not in use.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificates verified - valid until July 20, 2027.
