Follow-up Inspection Conducted today for report#JCHY-C42MKS.
All infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C42MKS.
-COVID-19 Safety Plan indicates maximum occupancy of 2 workers/visitors allowed in the facility. Maximum occupancy sign of 2 posted at the back door.
-Hand sanitizer available for customer use.
-Physical distancing sign and signage notifying staff not to enter if they display COVID-19 symtoms posted at the back door.
-Display cooler nearest to the panini press measured at an air ambient temperature of 0.2C.
-Meat slicer in sanitary condition. No built-up of food debris observed in the top guard of the meat slicer.
-Walk-in freezer light bulb has been replaced to facilitate ease of cleaning.
-QUATs sanitizer spray bottles measured at 200ppm present at the front and back area for proper sanitization of food contact surfaces.
