Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory. -Temperature monitoring system in place. -General food storage practice very good. -100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths and in 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Washroom handsinks satisfactory. -General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory. However, sanitation level can be improved by cleaning floor underneath stove/grill on a more regular basis. NOTE: Newspapers again observed to be placed under small deep fryer and metal tray. Removed at this time. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
