Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. -Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C, except mentioned above. -Temperature monitoring system in place. -All foods properly contained in and covered with food grade materials. -200ppm chlorine solution prepared in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. -Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum level of chlorine (50ppm) at plate level after final rinse. -Ventilation canopy hood maintained. Next service due Nov 29, 2019. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time. NOTE: Discussed about the dough mixer in use at this time. Facility has been using the same type of machine since opened, and replacing to a newer machine every 1-2 year(s) as the machine wears out. Operator is out of country and coming back after Dec 20, 2019. Manager to contact the operator and will get back to the health inspector with other options.
