General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in several sanibuckets throughout food prep area
- dishwasher reached 73C at the final rinse cycle
- coffee stir spoons in ice water
- ice machine in sanitary condition
- proper cooling observed - single layer of potato wedges being cooled in tray in freezer
- no obvious sign of pests at the time of inspection
- pest report reviewed - no major concerns; please follow all recommendations from pest control company
- general sanitation is satisfactory
