- Walk-in cooler at 2C, Under counter prep coolers ranged from 2-4C, top inserts not in use at time of inspection.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Hot holding units not in use at time of inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher reached >71C at plate level on final rinse cycle
- Quat-based sanitizer available in several spray bottles at 200ppm
- Organized food storage in walk-in cooler and dry storage areas
- All scoops for dry ingredients and for ice stored separately
- No signs of pest activity noted
- Temperature log well maintained
