Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two buckets of sanitizer solution at 0ppm Chlorine. (Others available). CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items rinsed and sanitizer solution changed during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Staff are to change ALL buckets of sanitizer solution each day.
Facility has received tickets to ensure this occurs. Future ticketing to ensure compliance if sanitizer solution is not available for use daily.

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- few potentially hazardous food items out at room temperature during lunch rush. Only those currently being used.
- Raw meat stored away from ready to eat food items .
- Broken items have been replaced
- Staff not observed to be outside smoking during inspection. No issues with handwashing during inspection
- All food covered in coolers
- All kitchen staff involved in food preparation have Food Safe Level one training
