Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser at 3-compartment sink and in labeled spray bottle.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory (liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers are available near the three-compartment sink);
Walk-in freezer at -18 C;
Walk-in cooler at 2 C;
Under-counter cooler at 1 C;
Topping inserts were all below 4 C;
Beverage cooler (containing milk) at 4 C;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Hot holding units were above 60 C;
Food storage practices - good (off the floor, covered, labeled, and organized);
Note: No thawing of frozen food was occurring at time of inspection
No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection;
