Follow up inspection. Previous infractions corrected:

Front hand sink now repaired. Ensure soap dispenser is refilled when needed.
Cleaning of fumehood in progress. Inside of fumehood and filter panels are now clean.
Operator states the fumehood service/cleaning sticker date is wrong based on email confirmation from service company.
The date is suppose to be June 2022 not March.

Facility now in compliance.
