Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispenser.
- Coolers measured at or below 4C.. Freezers are maintaining -18C or colder. Hot holding unit for gravy measured at 95C.and patties at 60C or hotter. Thermometers noted in the cooling units. Temperature monitoring log maintained and noted up to date.
- Overall storage practices are satisfactory. F.I.F.O principles in use. Items inside coolers/freezers are labelled.

General Sanitation:
- 3-compartment sink is functional with plugs. 200-400 ppm QUATS is available in sanitizer pails. Sanitizer pails noted in food preparation areas.
Mop sink maintained. Mop bucket is to be kept empty while stored.

Reminder: please ensure to clean under shelves in dry storage room and monitor for pest activity. If pest activity seen, take actions.

Staff have valid Food Safe level 1 or equivalent certifications.
No pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company.
