Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on August 15, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BF3TAT). The following was observed: Prep cooler now measures between 1C to 2C (bottom compartment) and at 4C (top). Please ensure that the prep cooler is always closed when not in use. Fill up toppings in smaller portions inside the cooling inserts, and always check temperatures daily to ensure that the cooler is functioning You may use the cooler to store potentially hazardous foods now Temperature logs now present and up-to-date\ Please notify the health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
