The general sanitation behind equipment has improved, however, more work needs to be done. -As discussed with the cook on site, some old shelving is worn and is due for replacement. Ensure that the new shelving is made of a durable, smooth and easy to clean material. Outstanding items: Seal the hole in the wall in the old washroom.
