Routine inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm QUATS available in sanitizing compartment for 3 compartment sink
- 200ppm Quats sanitizer available in spray bottle and sanitizer bucket
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Sandwich preparation table was 4C
- Hot holding units were 60C or greater
- Food storage practices were adequate; all food items were at least 6 inches off of the ground; all perishable items were labeled and dated
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
