Observation: Noticed coffee pots and tea bags stand located very close to hand sink in the back kitchen.This presents risk of food contamination during hand washing. Pictures taken.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Relocate the sink to the front and/or provide plexi-glass splash barriers around the sink to prevent splashing on utensils or food items. (By June 30, 2016

2. Do not store coffee lids near the front hand sink (located near the POS) unless a plexiglass barrier is provided to prevent splashing.
