All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water (front service area, back storage area, customer washrooms) All coolers (open display in front, undercounter coolers x5 in front, upright 1 door x2 in back) 4C or less; Upright 1 door freezers x2 -18C (both in the back) Good overall general sanitation. Minor attention needed along the perimeter of the walls under the warewashing sinks/dishwasher area. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Premises has contract with Abell pest control. Follow all recommendations made by technician. Dry storage area well maintained. All foods/boxes stored off the ground. Ice machine appeared clean with scoop stored outside of the ice in a separate container. Quat sanitizer at source and in container with cloths submerged 200ppm. Test strips available. High temperature dish washer achieved 81.6C (with min/max thermometer).
