Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen utensils were found to be stored in sanitizer solution
Corrective Action(s): Please discontinue this practice. Used utensils should not be stored in sanitizer solution as this poses a food contamination hazard. If utensils are not washed after each use, they may be stored in an ice water bath - ensure the ice water is changed frequently, at least as often as the ice melts.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wall dispenser at handsink has been supplied with hand sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Handsink must be supplied with liquid soap. Hand sanitizer can be used in addition to soap and water, but is not a substitute for handwashing. Restock hand soap and handwashing sink, and keep soap stocked at all times.

Observation: Build up of grease and food debris observed beneath line coolers and beneath cooking equipment. Grill ventilation hood also observed to have heavy build up of grease.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean thoroughly beneath the kitchen equipment and also clean the ventilation hood.
