Routine inspection conducted. Premise is generally well maintained and in good sanitary condition. The following was noted at time of inspection:

1. Temperatures
- Freezer units vary from -13 to -18C. Air curtain has been installed to maintain temperatures inside the unit
- Frozen slushie dispenser at -2C
- Prep cooler at 4C (top) and 2C (bottom)
- Undercounter smoothie cooler at 4C
- Back-of-house stainless steel cooler at 3C
- Hot-holding trays for sausages and eggs at 60C or greater
- Hot-held soups at 60C or greater
- Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date
- Dispensers: Cream dispenser at FOH at 4C; BOH milk/cream dispenser: cream measured at 4C, milk measured at 6C. Ambient temperature in dispenser unit at 5C. Please minimize the amount of time the door is open when changing out your milk and cream products.

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- QUATS sanitizing pails present at 200 ppm
- Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm QUATS
- Back-of-house in good sanitary condition and is well maintained
- Tongs stored in sanitary condition and is washed, rinsed, sanitized after each shift
- Tomato slicer is well maintained and did not contain any debris within the slits
- Ice container at back-of-house (stainless steel) is in good sanitary condition

3. Storage
- Shelf-stable sauces at back-of-house located inside a hard plastic container with tight-fitting lids (sauces are placed in the cooler after opening)
- All food products elevated at least 6" off the floor
- Areas underneath equipment and counters are generally maintained in very good sanitary condition

4. Pests
- No evidence of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Professional pest control company conducts routine audits. Last inspection by professional pest control company on Oct 1, 2019 did not reveal any signs of rodent activity indoors

5. Administrative
- Permit posted and up-to-date
- Manager has FoodSafe 1 equivalent (ADVANCED.fst 3rd edition, Expiry: September 10, 2023)
