Papertowel roll stored on back of toilet. Correction: Refill papertowel dispenser with compatible papertowel supply. Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Comments

Papertowel dispenser has been refilled in staff washroom to allow for proper handwashing. Required premise cleaning conducted.
