Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kirkland brand Minced garlic observed to be stored at room temperature. Container states "Refrigerate after opening". Staff stated this was used as a garlic spread.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Basin of sanitizer (bleach) measured <50ppm. Staff was unable to tell inspector how much bleach was added nor volume of water in basin.
**Corrected during inspection** Emptied basin and made fresh bleach solution.
Fill basin to the top line of 'holes' of the strainer shield. Add 750mL household unscented bleach.

Chemicals and cleaners were stored under food preparation areas.

General:
Overall sanitation of facility adequate
Facility uses single use spoons for dispensing ingredient/spices. Single use tools are discarded daily.
No signs of pest activity observed during inspection
Customer washroom not in service at time of inspection; no dine in service
