Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher dispensing 0ppm chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer bucket was empty and replaced to a new bottle at this time. Minimum required concentration of 50ppm chlorine was achieved at the plate level after final rinse. As per staff, sanitizer level is being monitored on a daily basis. All dishware washed today to be rewashed through the dishwasher as agreed at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor sanitizer level on a daily basis before placing the first load of the day/shift.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
NOTE: Ensure to have the inside of the machine manually cleaned/sanitized on a regular basis.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
