Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement. Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Prep cooler in middle not in use at this time- only gets used when needed. No foods stored.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles and in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 84.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Back storage area/front bar area satisfactory.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
