Routine inspection: Laser hair removal via Intense Pulse Light: Hand sink in treatment room provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels/single use linen towels. Treatment bed linen sheet changed after each client. Dental bib used for head portion discarded after use. Laser hand piece disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Client goggles opaque and disinfected with PREempt CS20 (expiry 09/19/2019) solution after use. Laser machine equipped with an emergency on/off button and requires a key to operate. Laser warning sign can be placed on the door when laser machine is in operation. Curtain can also be put up to cover the mirror in the treatment room when laser machine in operation. Microblading: All blades and handles/holder single use. Sharps container available for use. Ink dispensed into a single use ink cap/holder. Treatment bed linen sheet changed after each client. Same room as laser hair removal services. Hand sink adequate. Waxing and Massage: All wax sticks and strips single use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Linen sheet and towels changed after each client. Hand sink in both treatment rooms provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels/single use towels. Stones wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Facials: Tweezers not meant to break skin. Lancets single use and discarded into sharps container. Scissors used disinfected in 70% ispropyl alcohol. Comedone extractor disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution. Sponges, gauze, cotton etc single use. Hydrofacials machine tips wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Metal abrasive tips for hydrofacials and microdermabrasion disinfected with PREempt CS20 solution after use. Manicure/Pedicure: All buffers, sanding blocks, toe spacers, etc. single use. Metal cuticle pushers and clippers/nippers disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution after use. Credo blades single use and discarded into sharps container. Pedicure tub (fill and drain only) disinfected with bleach solution after use. Ear piercing: no nose or cartilage piercing Studs presterilized. Piercing gun is wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Other: Laundry services done onsite.
